Owner
Anne Halloran-- Anne grew up in Southern California and started shopping in health food stores as a teenager. She graduated from San Diego State University in 1982, then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Humanist Studies in Del Mar California. She has owned and operated the Bamboo Market since 1991 and is always happy to share her knowledge with others, so feel free to come to her with your questions and concerns. |

Becky Nelson-- Becky's family owned "the oldest health food store in Nebraska" and grew up working in the store and eventually running the store. When Becky and her husband, Tom, moved in Steamboat in 2001 she naturally gravitated to the Bamboo Market and has been here ever since. Becky has been a vegetarian for over twenty years and she is a wealth of information in the health food field. When she's not at the store she's sneaking trips back to Kansas to visit her daughter and grandkids. |

On-Staff Herbalist/Herb Buyer
Jessica Striker-- Jessica graduated from Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies in Boulder in 2001 as a certified Herbalist with special interest in propagation of endangered medicinal plants. She also holds certifications in organic growing, greenhouse management and permaculture design. When Jessica doesn't have her hands in the dirt you will find her leading herbwalks and teaching medicine making workshops in the Steamboat Springs community. |

Quincy Davisson-- Quincy grew up on a small island in Maine. She was raised on health foods and alternative medicine and she always knew that she would work in a health food store. She first moved to Colorado to attend College in 2002. After graduation she spent a year in Mississippi building houses post-Katrina. She joined our team when she moved to Steamboat in 2008, soon after; she got involved in the African Dance community and now performs in festivals and community shows. |

Grocery and Bulk Buyer
Kelli Poole-- Kelli Poole moved to Steamboat in 2008 from St Paul, Minnesota. At four she was diagnosed with juvenile type 1 diabetes which she manages with daily insulin shots, healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. She is a graduate of the College of Visual Arts in St Paul and has a bachelors in Painting and Drawing. When Kelli’s not at Bamboo she is painting. Her paintings are on display throughout Steamboat and in Bamboo! |

Sharon Bozarth -- Sharon's lived in Steamboat Springs for the past eight years. She's been working at Bamboo since early 2010 and loves to bring her New Orleans flare to her Bamboo creations. Her fascination with childbirth and the amazing power of women's lives led her to become a professionally trained birth doula. Tawny Randolph-- Tawny has been working at Bamboo off and on forever but took over the baking duties in 2009. You won't see Tawny at the store too often because she works the very early morning shifts making what we think are the best breads, cookies and muffins around. Feel free to give her any feedback or requests on your favorite baked goods. |
