This marinade works nicely for fish as well.
Diet Types: Low Carbohydrate, Low Fat
Ingredients:
  • 2 large shallots, minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons grated orange peel
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds turkey tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" medallions
  • Serves: 4
    Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour
    Instructions:
    Place all ingredients except turkey into a large plastic baggie. Seal and shake to mix. Add turkey medallions to marinade, seal tightly and marinate at least 1 hour. Place turkey on broiler rack and broil about 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, brushing with marinade half way through cooking time.
