Produce is a market garden in Clark, Colorado. In this challenging climate of Northwest Colorado, for several months of the year they grow produce in their garden and greenhouse, perched on the side of McAlpin Mountain with wonderful southern exposure, rich alpine soils, and natural spring water.

They grow naturally, using no synthetic chemicals or substances of any kind, and they take special care to welcome all life into the garden—toads, snakes, hummingbirds, beneficial insects, and unfortunately all the other insects and moles, voles, and chipmunks who like to eat their produce too!—to ensure that the vegetables grow in a balanced ecosystem with a lively soil food chain that makes all kinds of nutrients available to the plants, and therefore to us who eat the plants. They specialize in gourmet greens: salad mix, lettuce mixes, arugula, Asian greens, edible flowers, and culinary herbs.

They are licensed as wholesale food manufacturers through the state of Colorado and they use a commissary commercial kitchen in which to prepare our greens for sale.

Their motto is “Naturally Grown, Delightfully Fresh!” All the produce is hand sown, hand harvested, and loved from seed to plate! They truly enjoy being the caretakers of these amazing little plants who have such a will to live to endure this harsh climate and who turn out to be so tasty and beautiful.
